Mr. Cazenave joined Burns & Bouchard, Inc. in the summer of 2025.  He assists in all aspects of permit expediting, research and preparation of land use entitlement packages, and execution of the firm’s public affairs and community outreach strategies.

 

Previously, Mr. Cazenave was with the County of San Bernadino, working on the Planning teams; where he gained a comprehensive understanding of plan check, permitting approval, and local government procedures. He has also worked in Community Development and Geographical Information Systems.

 

Mr. Cazenave holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Planning and Design from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. When not working, Mr. Cazenave enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and bouldering.
