As Managing Director, Mr. Zohn oversees the design and execution of successful strategies that assist clients in all aspects of their entitlement, permitting and public affairs needs.
Mr. Zohn previously worked at Cerrell Associates, assisting their land use, local government, and energy and environment teams. While at Cerrell, Zohn developed and implemented community outreach and government relations strategies for a wide range of clients. His areas of expertise include entitlement approvals, community relations, grassroots and decisionmaker coalition building, and development of key messaging programs.
Prior to joining Cerrell, Zohn worked as a research analyst for Investors Bank and Trust and State Street Corporation in Boston, Massachusetts. He has interned for Global Green, Inc., an environmental policy, and advocacy organization focusing on renewable energy, green building, and clean water issues as well as the office of California State Senator, Sheila Kuehl.
Mr. Zohn holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Management from the University of Southern California. At USC, his master’s thesis on Brownfield Redevelopment was awarded runner up in the Robert Biller Competition for Excellence in Policy Analysis. Previously he graduated from Colby College in Waterville, Maine, with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and a minor in Anthropology.
Mr. Zohn is active in the Los Angeles, Santa Monica, and Miracle Mile Chambers of Commerce as well as the Westside Urban Forum. He is also a board member of the Westchester Streetscape Improvement Association.
