Mr. Castellana joined Burns & Bouchard, Inc. in the spring of 2023.  He assists in all aspects of permit expediting, research and preparation of land use entitlement packages, and execution of the firm’s public affairs and community outreach strategies.

Previously, Mr. Castellana was with the City of West Hollywood, working with the city’s Current & Historic Preservation Planning teams; where he gained a comprehensive understanding of plan check, permitting approval, and local government procedures.

Mr. Castellana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History of Urban Development from the University of California, Los Angeles.  He also is currently a Master of Urban Planning student at the University of Southern California.
